As a guest at Grenaa Strand Camping, you have the opportunity to rent our function room. The perfect place to celebrate special events and gather with family and friends in a cozy setting.

Please note: The room cannot be used for late night parties, as the site must be quiet by 23:00 at the latest, out of consideration for other guests on the site.
Food and wine suppliers:
Grenaa Strand Camping is happy to provide information on good local food and wine suppliers.
Note. In the event of any returns to the food supplier – returns are the tenant’s own responsibility and must be picked up at the end of the lease.

Rental of tablecloths:
Rental of tablecloths must be reported to Grenaa Strand Camping no later than 14 days prior to the event.
PRICES:
Leje pr. dag: 1000 kr.
Rental per weekend: DKK 1,800.
Room cleaning: DKK 600.
Rental deposit: 1000 kr.
*Deposit is refunded upon return of the key if everything is as it should be.
*The banquet room can accommodate up to 70 people (however, the best seat is at around 60 people).
*There is a toilet right next to the room. Note that this is shared with other guests on site.

Conditions for renting a function room.
Who can rent the room:
The room is reserved for overnight guests and is rented out for events such as: Family gatherings, school camps, reunions, birthdays, meetings etc.
Note: The venue is only rented to adults over 25 years of age – and they must be present during the event. The venue cannot be rented for youth parties.
Location:
The function room is 100 m². With tables and chairs for 70 people.med borde og stole til 70 pers.
All food and drinks can be brought in.
Kitchen:
Includes fully equipped kitchen, stove, industrial dishwasher, refrigerator with small cabinet freezer, and tableware for 70 people including bowls, dishes, pots etc. All dishes are put in the right place after washing up.
Cleaning and tidying: Cleaning can be purchased for a price of DKK 600. Cleaning does not cover cleaning, waste disposal or emptying the dishwasher etc. It is the tenant’s own responsibility that the following tasks are performed, regardless of whether cleaning is purchased or not.
Rental conditions:
The tenant is solely responsible for the venue during the rental period, and for ensuring that no damage occurs to the building, the room, tableware, or furnishings. The rental agreement and terms automatically take effect and are binding on both parties upon rental and payment. Please note that renting the venue is subject to the campsite’s rules. Therefore, there must be quiet on the site no later than 11:00 PM. All driving on the site between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM is not permitted. Use of the playgrounds and the play/activity room is only permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. It is not allowed to set off confetti or fireworks, neither inside the room nor outside.
Smoking:
It is not permitted to smoke in the venue. Smoking must take place outside the venue, with respect to ensuring that smoke does not enter the building. If this is not respected, the tenant will be charged a fee of DKK 1,500.
