Season Seat Terms - Spring Season and Fixed Season

Here at the campsite, for your safety and the safety of other guests, we require that the vehicle is gas tested every 2 years. The date on the gas test sticker must therefore not be older than 2023 and must be present in the gas box.

  • The tenant cannot sublet their space to others.
  • Any guests of the tenant must check in at the Information desk upon arrival. Guests pay for the visit according to the current price list.
  • It must only be 1 car inside each space. If your guests bring a car, it must therefore be parked in the parking lot, outside the barrier.
  • Electric pitches are supplied with 10 Amp, corresponding to approximately 2300 W. An electric fan heater can use most of this alone. Gas heaters are recommended. The tenant is responsible for installing any padlocks on their own electric socket. It is the tenant’s own responsibility to keep an eye on electricity consumption and to report electricity figures in Information once a month. E-mail and SMS are only accepted in extreme emergencies.
  • Damage caused by power outages is of no concern to the campsite.
  • High current regulations require that power is disconnected when a space is not occupied.
  • The tenant is responsible for mowing the grass in their own space so that it looks neat and well cared for at all times. If this is not complied with, mowing will be done at the tenant’s expense, without further notice.
  • The tenant must cut the grass / hedge around the electricity stand themselves.
  • In the period from 12:00 to 14:00 and no later than 20:00 in the evening, grass may not be mowed on the site for the sake of other guests.
  • Upon departure, the site must be left neat and tidy.
  • Cables lying on the grass/ground when mowing the lawn are the tenant’s own responsibility. The landlord is not liable for damaged cables (if necessary, bury the cable under the grass/put it in the hedge).

Until further notice, these terms apply (Excerpt from the Camping Regulations Guide):

Caravan mobility:

Caravans do not necessarily have to be in such a technical/mechanical condition that they can easily be approved for road registration by the National Vehicle Inspectorate. However, these requirements must always be met:

  • The towing device must be serviceable and permanently mounted on the caravan.
  • The caravan must be fitted with functional rims and tires.
  • Chocking the caravan’s support legs – possibly with trestles – is permitted.
  • Apart from any awning that can be removed quickly, the caravan must be immediately mobile (movable). There must be no small or large extensions or shelter structures, e.g. under the caravan, made of a material such as waterproof veneer or similar that cannot be removed immediately.

The commercially available awnings may be set up 3 meters from the neighbor’s pitch number. – However, not set up on wooden structures or the campsite’s trees.
Fixed and permanent fences – e.g. wicker fences, plastic fences, wire fences, etc. – *may not be present or set up.

*However, it is acceptable to set up a small area, for example to shield your own dog, as long as it looks neat and tidy. The landlord can at any time ask the tenant to remove this if it does not comply with this rule.

  • Gardens:
Utility and ornamental gardens may not be established, nor may flowers and the like be planted on the site.
A small number of movable plant pots may be placed immediately next to the caravan.
  • Surfaces:
No digging is allowed on the site, nor may terraces of tiles, wood or similar be laid.
In awnings, a tent floor consisting of carpet, wooden flooring or similar is accepted, which must be removed when dismantling the awning and moving the caravan.

No form of covering of non-woven fabric, tarpaulin or similar may be installed that extends beyond the awning. Nor along the awning, on the side of the awning/caravan or the like that can destroy the grass’s ability to survive.

  • Building constructions etc.:
No buildings/structural elements may be erected in any form – neither freestanding nor attached to the caravan.
It is permitted to set up an ordinary awning for the caravan in tent fabric and without fixed walls, gutters, windows and doors. It must be possible to dismantle the awning within 15-30 minutes.
A storage tent of approx. 3 m² can be set up, but this must be placed 3 meters from the neighbor’s pitch number. Other types of tents may not be pitched on the site.
