Camping in Grenaa is camping in the middle of Denmark's most beautiful nature. Directly next to Jutland's best beach, as well as in the midst of a young pineforest . The campsite is located next to an unspoilt nature of a dune plantation, which offers beautiful dunes, heather, heath and lots of fresh sea and forest air.

Camping Close to a city

Grenaa Strand Camping is located close to the small city  Grenaa, which is a well-equipped shopping and trading town with approx. 200 specialty stores.

The area is full of great attractions such as Djurs Sommerland: a five-star attraction and one of Denmark's largest and most visited amusement parks. Here you can try more than 60 fun rides, among others "The Pirate" - Denmark's largest roller coaster. 

Other attractions near Grenaa Strand Camping include the Kattegat Center, where you and your family have the opportunity to walk through the shark tunnel and get very close to the sharks in Denmark's largest tropical shark pool.

Or how about meeting Denmark's only cheetahs and giving the family an experience of a lifetime at the safari park  Ree Park- Ebeltoft safari. Go on safari in a Land Rover trip on the great African savannah. Here you'll see giraffes, zebras and other animals in a natural habitat. 

You and your family can also go and visit the world's largest predator - the polar bear in the Scandinavian Zoo. Be impressed by fuzzy brown bears, amazing wolves or the impressive moose in natural facilities that oozes of animal welfare.
