At Grenaa Strand Camping the focus is on the child-friendly and adventurous summer holiday, which you can already feel when you enter reception.

Here you are greeted by a superb sight as you stand in front of a wrecked pirate ship, with cannons and a broken mast that serves as a reception desk. If you are up for it, take a walk through the giant shark's mouth with big pointy teeth, which leads you into the cave where you can play indoor pirate mini-golf.

Throughout the summer holidays, we have staffed activities for children, based in the Children's Corner. We have water fights and call-outs with the Fire Service, a Pool party and much more (see the activity calendar for more details). Stop by our giant 24-metre wooden pirate ship, where the adventure begins as soon as you step on board. There is room for many hours of imaginative play and physical experiences. We also have playing fields, covered trampolines, jumping pillows and many other activities on the site.

THERE ARE ALSO ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS

Of course, there should also be something for the grown-ups, who no doubt also need some pampering and relaxation. That is why we also get visits from Vinvognen, where you can get a lot of tasty wine samples. While the children have fun at the pool party, the adults can sit on the lawn and enjoy a drink at the cocktail bar. During the week there are also market days with small stalls where you have the opportunity to grab a bargain.

Within a 30-minute drive from Grenaa Strand Camping you will find major attractions such as Ree Park, Skandinavisk Dyrepark and Djurs Sommerland. If you have your swimwear with you, Djursland's most fantastic beach is right in the "backyard".

Whether you are on a camping, tenting or cabin holiday with us, it's free to cool off in our large outdoor swimming pool, and don't miss a day at the beach, just outside the campsite gates. The beach is child-friendly and has a manned lifeguard tower, and stretches for 7 km with beautiful white sand that invites you to build many beautiful sandcastles.
